A 30-minute live walk-through of the VenueWebStudio site you would get, built for wedding and event venues, banquet halls, barns and hotels with function space, on your screen.
What happens on the call
Your rooms, walked through
We show a build for your kind of venue, room by room, so you see the floor plan switcher on a real layout.
How inquiries reach you
The calendar-style form, CRM routing and, on higher tiers, the AI Engine answering after hours.
The plan that fits
We recommend a tier based on your room count and how much content you want to publish.
The launch date
You leave the call with a real date, not a follow-up email to schedule another call.
Four things venue owners ask about before booking, answered before you book.
No slide deck
We open a real build for a venue like yours and click through it. There is nothing to sit through before you see the thing you are buying.
No pressure to decide on the call
Nothing is signed and nothing is charged during a demo. You leave with a launch date you can take or ignore.
An honest read on fit
If one of the 10 alternatives we compare on this site would serve your venue better, we say so during the call rather than after the first invoice.
No surprise pricing
Plans start at $127 a month with a $697 build fee invoiced only after launch. The numbers on the call are the numbers on the pricing page.
After the walk-through
What venue teams say changed
Inquiry form and response workflow for event space inquiries
If you only look at the design you miss the best bit, which is the inquiry form. Every submission arrives with event date, guest count and room preference filled in, which used to take us a second email to obtain. Most mornings I can prepare for the callback from the first message alone.

FAQ research and editorial review for event space inquiries
The starting point was our own sent mail, not a template, and it shows. Each answer was reviewed by our own staff, so the page sounds like us rather than a copywriter. The phone calls about basic event space inquiries details have noticeably thinned out.

Service scope and expectations for event space inquiries
We took the wording about event space inquiries seriously, and I am glad we did. The page describes the process faithfully and leaves the judgment calls to a conversation with our team. Correcting the site's accidental promises is no longer part of our calls.

What to have on hand
None of this is required to book the call, it just makes the walk-through more specific to your venue.
Photos of each room, even phone photos are fine to start
Any existing floor plans or room dimensions
Your current website or listing, if you have one
A rough sense of your packages or pricing tiers
Before you book
How long is the demo and who is on it?
About 30 minutes, with the person who would actually work on your site. It is a screen share, not a sales presentation, and you can stop it early if you have seen enough.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. Photographs of the rooms and any floor plans make the walk-through more specific to your venue, but nothing is required to book the call.
Will you try to sell us on the call?
We will recommend a tier based on your room count and how much you want to publish, and give you a launch date. Nothing is signed or charged on the call, and if another option fits your venue better we will tell you which one.
What do we leave the call with?
A recommended plan, a real launch date, and a clear answer on anything you asked. If you want to think about it, the recommendation holds; there is no expiring offer attached to a demo.
What if our floor plans are not finished?
A rough sketch, an old document or even room dimensions is enough to start. Capacity figures shown before you confirm them are always labelled as example data for illustration.
Can we bring someone else from the venue?
Yes. Owners usually want their coordinator or sales manager on it, since they are the people who live with the inquiry flow afterwards.
What happens if we book after the call?
You choose a plan, pay the first month, fill in the onboarding form in about 15 minutes and we agree the launch date. The $697 build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it.
How quickly can changes happen once we are live?
5 change requests a month are included, of any size, and each is completed within 2 to 5 working days through your client portal.
