Venue website plans from $127 a month, live in 7 days

Three plans for wedding and event venues from $127 a month plus a $697 one-time build fee, with weekly articles and managed hosting included.

The three plans

Every plan carries the same floor plan and capacity switcher, managed hosting and weekly articles. The difference is speed, AI answering and article volume.

Booked Solid adds the AI Engine. Every Season adds the Content Engine on top of that. Every tier includes the floor plan switcher, hosting and domain.

Infographic: Three tiers, one foundation, drawn as a three-tier cake. The Walkthrough: managed site, live in 7 days. Booked Solid: plus the AI Engine, live in 10 days. Every Season: plus the Content Engine, live in 15 days.
Before you choose

What venues say they actually bought

Three quotes from three kinds of property, each naming the specific thing that changed.

  • Mobile navigation and page layout for event space inquiries
Most of our visitors are on phones, so that is where I reviewed the new event space inquiries pages. Key information comes first and the contact option is clearly labeled. The days of talking customers through the menu are over.
Ralph MortimerCustomer inquiries lead, Gallery and evening hire spaceFrederick, MD
  • Form usability and error handling for event space inquiries
My sign-off test was to submit the event space inquiries form with every mistake I could invent. Labels stay put, errors explain themselves, and valid answers survive a failed attempt. It behaves the way we assumed forms behaved, until we tested the old one.
Eric SmedleySales coordinator, Urban warehouse events spaceFrederick, MD
  • Content approvals and change requests for event space inquiries
I could never prove what we had approved for the event space inquiries page, because nothing was written down. The request format is short and explicit, and the preview shows exactly what will change. Far easier than narrating edits and hoping they survived the telling.

What is in every plan

None of this is an add-on. It ships on The Walkthrough and every tier above it.

  • A dedicated page per room with the floor plan and capacity switcher

  • A calendar-style inquiry that captures the date, headcount and layout

  • Managed hosting with SSL, a CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth

  • 2 to 3 researched articles a week, 2,500 to 3,200 words

  • 5 revisions a month, then $20 each

  • One domain, registered in your name, included free

  • Inquiries connected to your CRM by direct API, Zapier or Make

  • 90+ PageSpeed, guaranteed and kept there

Line by line

Every feature, and the plan it arrives on

Ten features plus the terms that come with them. Every line below says what it does, the problem it removes from your week, what you have to do, and which plan carries it.

  • Floor plan and capacity switcher

One control that swaps a room between seated dinner, theatre, cocktail and ceremony, with a plan and figures for each.

    The problem it removes
Every call starts with describing how the room is laid out for a dinner versus a ceremony.
    What you have to do
Send dimensions or an existing plan, then confirm the real figures once.

    Every plan

  • Pages that open instantly

Custom-coded pages served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed.

    The problem it removes
A gallery-heavy page stalls on a phone and the visitor leaves before it is useful.
    What you have to do
Nothing. The score is committed and monitored on our side.

    Every plan

  • Availability and inquiry calendar

A calendar-style inquiry flow that captures the date, the headcount and the layout before it reaches you.

    The problem it removes
Inquiries arrive with a name and a message, and the date has to be chased by email.
    What you have to do
Tell us where inquiries should land during onboarding.

    Every plan

  • Photo and virtual tour gallery

A gallery built for real event photography, organized by room and by layout, not a generic image grid.

    The problem it removes
One long gallery makes a visitor reassemble four different setups in their head.
    What you have to do
Send your photographs. We group them by room and by setup.

    Every plan

  • Room and package pages

A dedicated page for every room and every package, so search engines and visitors both have something specific to find.

    The problem it removes
One general page cannot rank for, or answer, a question about one specific space.
    What you have to do
List your rooms and packages in the onboarding form.

    Every plan

  • Local and organic search visibility

Pages, structure and researched articles built to rank for the venue searches happening in your area.

    The problem it removes
People search for a room, a layout and a nearby town, and find the venue that has a page for it.
    What you have to do
Nothing beyond approving the weekly articles before they publish.

    Every plan

  • The AI Engine

Trained AI agents that answer common venue questions and take inquiry details after hours, included from tier two.

    The problem it removes
A Saturday evening question waits until Monday, by which point they booked elsewhere.
    What you have to do
Confirm your rooms, capacities and policies so the agent answers from your facts.

    Booked Solid and Every Season

  • The Content Engine

The highest volume of researched articles, for venues that want to own every seasonal and local search term.

    The problem it removes
Seasonal and local topics go uncovered because nobody has time to write them.
    What you have to do
Approve drafts in the client portal. Nothing publishes unseen.

    Every Season

  • Managed hosting and uptime

Hosting, SSL, a CDN and DDoS protection included in the monthly fee, with nothing itemized separately.

    The problem it removes
Hosting, SSL renewals and bandwidth bills are three things nobody wants to own.
    What you have to do
Nothing. There is no separate hosting invoice at any point.

    Every plan

  • Inquiry routing to your CRM

Every form and calendar inquiry connected to the system you already run your bookings from.

    The problem it removes
A lead sits in a form plugin inbox that only one person ever checks.
    What you have to do
Name the system you already use. We connect to it during onboarding.

    Every plan

And the terms that come with all of it

  • A domain, registered in your name

One domain included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name rather than ours, and transferred to you at no charge if you ever leave. Already have one? We point it at the new site instead.

    Every plan

  • 5 change requests a month

Any size, from swapping a season of photographs to adding pages for two new outdoor spaces. Each is completed within 2 to 5 working days. Additional changes are a flat $20 with no hourly billing.

    Every plan

  • Researched articles every week

2 a week on The Walkthrough and Booked Solid, 3 on Every Season, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, sent to your client portal for approval before it publishes.

Every plan, highest volume on Every Season

  • A client portal from launch day

Where you raise a change, send new photographs or updated capacity figures, open a support ticket and message the team. Everything about your site runs through it so nothing gets lost in an inbox.

    Every plan

  • Migration from your current site, with redirects

We keep the photographs, plans and pages already earning search traffic, rebuild around your rooms and packages, and permanently redirect old addresses to their new pages so ranking and printed links survive the move.

    Every plan

  • The speed and search guarantees, in writing

A 90+ PageSpeed score on mobile and desktop for pages we build and host, fixed free if our work drops it below. We also commit to your site starting to rank for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch, or we continue the search work at no additional charge.

    Every plan

  • The compliance pages, written for a US venue

Privacy policy, terms, cookie policy with consent that genuinely gates scripts, and an accessibility statement, all built with your site rather than pasted in afterwards.

    Every plan

  • A build fee that waits for your approval

The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it. Revisions during the build are not counted against your monthly allowance.

    Every plan

The maths

What it costs, over a full year, with nothing hidden

Here is the whole arithmetic. The first year includes the one-time $697 build fee, which is invoiced only after your site is live and approved. Every year after that is twelve monthly payments and nothing else.

PlanMonthlyFirst year, including the build feeEvery year after

Booked Solid
Adds the AI Engine, billed plus usage
$267$3,901$3,204
Every Season
Highest article volume

Figures are the plan price multiplied by twelve, plus the one-time build fee in year one. The plan that adds the AI Engine is billed monthly plus usage, so its total will sit above the figure shown here by whatever that usage comes to.

What the monthly fee replaces

  • A separate hosting plan, an SSL certificate and a content delivery network, each with its own renewal date.
  • A domain registration, included free while the plan runs and registered in your name.
  • A writer for 2 to 3 researched articles a week, researched and drafted for your approval.
  • Developer or designer hours for 5 changes a month, quoted at nothing extra rather than by the hour.
  • Whatever you currently spend on keeping the site online, patched and backed up.
  • The privacy, terms, cookie and accessibility pages, written rather than pasted.
The one number we do not have

What is one booked Saturday worth to you?

We are not going to invent an average booking value for your venue, because it depends on your rooms, your packages and your market, and a number we made up would not survive contact with your accounts.

You already know it. Put it beside the yearly figure in the table. For most venues the comparison is one or two dates against a full year of the site, the hosting, the changes and the articles. That is the whole argument, and it either works for your numbers or it does not.

The two numbers people ask about first

The build fee, explained

The $697 build fee is invoiced once, and only after your site is live and you have approved it. Nothing is charged for the build itself until you say it is ready.

Revisions, explained

5 revisions a month are included, of any size, completed within 2 to 5 working days. After that, each additional one is a flat $20.

Cancellation, refunds, domain and hosting

Where the risk sits

What we commit to, and the conditions on each one

Six commitments, each with its limit printed underneath it. A guarantee with the conditions hidden is a sales line, not a guarantee.

Infographic: Six commitments, in writing, shown as ribbon rosettes. Build fee after approval. 90+ PageSpeed. Local ranking in 3 to 5 months. Named turnaround on changes. Your domain, your name. Cancel by email.
  • The build fee waits for your approval

The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it. Revisions during the build are not counted against your monthly allowance, because the fee is not due until you say it is ready.

Monthly fees are paid up front from the start of the build.

  • The speed guarantee

We guarantee a Google PageSpeed score of 90+ on mobile and desktop for the pages we build and host. If a page falls below that because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

It does not cover changes you or third parties make, or content published against our advice.

  • The local search guarantee

We guarantee your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch. If it has not, we continue the search work at no additional charge until it does.

It does not cover terms outside your area or your services, and the remedy is the work rather than a refund.

  • A named turnaround on every change

5 change requests a month, of any size, each completed within 2 to 5 working days. Additional ones are a flat $20 with no hourly billing and no minimum.

Unused changes do not carry over to the following month.

  • You own the domain, from day one

The domain is registered in your name rather than ours. If you leave, tell us where to send it and we transfer it at no charge.

One domain is included free for as long as the plan is active.

  • Leaving is an email, not a negotiation

Email us to cancel. With valid notice no further invoice is raised and your site runs through the end of the paid month.

Notice must reach us at least 2 business days before your invoice date, 9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday. All sales are final, so no fees already paid are refunded.

The full wording lives in the terms and conditions and the refund policy, and those pages govern if anything here reads differently.

Weighing us against something else?

There are 10 comparison pages covering builders, platforms, freelancers and agencies, and every one names the cases where the other option wins.

Before you ask

  • What if we need more than five revisions in a month?

Buy more at a flat $20 each with no cap and no hourly billing, completed within 2 to 5 working days. Unused revisions do not carry over.

  • What if we are not happy with the finished site?

You approve the site before the build fee is ever charged. Revisions during the build are unlimited, since the fee only becomes due once you say it is ready.

  • Can we change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or move down between tiers as your booking calendar changes. The change takes effect on your next billing date.

  • What happens to our data if we cancel?

Your domain is transferred to you at no charge. Photos, floor plans and content you supplied are yours; export requests are handled within 30 days.

How the four steps run

  1. Step 1

Choose a plan and pay the first month

That starts your build. The setup fee is not charged yet.

  2. Step 2

    Complete the onboarding form

Rooms, capacities, photos, packages and where inquiries should land, about 15 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    One onboarding call

We fill any gaps and agree the exact launch date together.

  4. Step 4

    Approve, then launch

Live in 7 to 15 days. The build fee is invoiced only after you approve.

Pricing questions

What does a VenueWebStudio site actually include?

A room-by-room site built around your floor plans, capacity, packages and availability, on The Walkthrough, Booked Solid or Every Season. Every plan includes managed hosting, 5 revisions a month, 2 to 3 researched articles a week depending on tier, and a floor plan and capacity switcher for your rooms. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and approved.

How long until our venue site is live?

7 days on The Walkthrough, 10 on Booked Solid while the AI agents are trained on your rooms and policies, and 15 on Every Season with the content engine running from launch. The clock starts once your onboarding call is done, so the sooner your floor plans and photos are in, the sooner the room pages go live.

What happens right after we sign up?

You fill in the onboarding form, which asks for your rooms, capacities, packages, photos, brand details and where inquiries should land. It takes about 15 minutes. Anything you do not have to hand, such as a finished floor plan, can follow later by email or as a ticket in your client portal without holding up the build. One onboarding call then fills any gaps and sets the launch date.

Do we need finished floor plans before we start?

No. A rough sketch, an existing PDF from an architect, or even room dimensions are enough to start the floor plan and capacity switcher. We build the inline diagrams from what you provide and refine them once your real capacity figures are confirmed, so a missing final plan never delays the rest of the site.

What counts as one revision?

Any change request you send counts as one revision, with no limit on how much goes into it. Adding a new room page, updating a package price, swapping out a season of photos, or changing the accent color are each one revision, and so is something larger, such as "add pages for our two new outdoor spaces, here are the photos and dimensions for both." 5 are included every month, then each additional one is a flat $20 with no hourly billing, completed within 2 to 5 working days.

How do we ask for a change once the site is live?

Everything runs through your client portal, which you get the day the site launches. You describe the change there, attach anything we need such as new photos or updated capacity figures, and it is tracked so you can see progress. Email works too, and we log it into the portal for you. Unused revisions do not carry over to the next month.

What do the weekly articles cover for a venue?

Topics a couple or a planner is actually searching for when comparing venues: seasonal booking guides, layout comparisons, questions to ask before touring a space, and articles specific to the areas you serve. The Walkthrough and Booked Solid include 2 a week, and Every Season includes 3, each 2,500 to 3,200 words.

Do we get to review an article before it publishes?

Yes. Every article is researched, drafted and sent to your client portal before it goes live, so you can request a change the same way you would for any other revision. Nothing about your venue is published without you seeing it first.

What can the AI Engine actually answer for us?

Common questions such as whether a date is worth inquiring about, what a package includes, or what capacity a room holds in a given layout, all trained on your real rooms and policies rather than a generic script. It captures the details of any genuine inquiry that comes in outside business hours so nothing waits until Monday, and it hands off rather than guessing when a question needs a person.

Will the AI Engine ever give advice about our venue license or capacity limits?

No. It is configured never to give licensing, fire-safety or capacity-compliance advice, and never to state a firm capacity figure as fact beyond what you have confirmed. Anything of that nature is handed to a person at your venue. The AI Engine is included on Booked Solid and Every Season.

Is hosting billed separately from the monthly plan?

No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed on its own. Your site runs on a global network with SSL, a content delivery network, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included, so a busy engagement season with a spike in visitors never produces a surprise invoice.

Who manages the site day to day?

We do. You never log in to the site itself to fix anything. Updates, photo swaps, new room pages and article publishing all happen on our side once you have raised the request in your client portal, so nobody at your venue needs to learn a content management system.
