Every other way to get a venue website, compared honestly
10 alternatives, each judged on the same twelve things, each with a section saying plainly when it beats us. If one of them is the better buy for your venue, this is where you find that out.
Using one list on all 10 pages is what makes them comparable. Nothing is scored out of ten and nothing is marked with a badge.

After the move
From venues that already switched
Floor plan and capacity switcher
A couple can now see our ballroom set for a seated dinner and again set for a ceremony without asking us to describe it over the phone. The floor plan switcher does the showing, so the tour is about the date and the package instead of the shape of the room.

Moved from a single-page listing site
A page per room, with the restrictions stated
Our property has restrictions most venues do not, and the site actually explains them clearly instead of burying them in a document nobody opens before touring. The inquiries that come through now already know what they are agreeing to.

Weekly researched articles
I did not expect the articles to matter as much as they do. People arrive on a piece about picking a rain plan, then walk straight into the ceremony page. It reads as us knowing the job rather than us advertising.

Questions about these comparisons
Which of these is the best option for a venue?
There is no single answer, which is why there are 10 pages rather than one. If you have a developer, WordPress is hard to beat. If you have a designer, Webflow is. If you have one room and time on your hands, a builder like Squarespace or Wix is enough. A managed site from us is the right answer when nobody at the venue wants to own the website and it still has to stay accurate and get found.
Are these comparisons fair?
Every page names the cases where the other option is the better buy, in its own section, before it argues for us. Any statement of fact about another company comes from that company own published pages and is linked with the date we read it. Where we could not verify something, the page says so rather than guessing.
Do you use competitor logos or claim any affiliation?
No. Every other company is named in plain text, there are no third-party logos anywhere on this site, and each page carries a line stating that the trademark belongs to its owner and that we are not affiliated with them.
What exactly are you comparing on each page?
The same twelve dimensions every time: page speed and core web vitals, seo control, structured data, aeo and geo readiness, hosting and security, maintenance burden, and six more covering content, design, compliance pages, cost model and ownership. Using the same list each time is what makes the pages comparable to each other.
You sell GoHighLevel services too. Is that a conflict?
It is the reason those three pages are practical rather than hostile. HighLevel is good software and a venue running it alongside a managed site is a normal setup. Those pages explain where the line sits and how the two work together.
What does a managed venue site cost?
Plans start at $127 a month, with a one-time $697 build fee invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it. Every plan includes hosting, a domain, 5 change requests a month and researched articles every week.
How long does it take to launch?
7 days on The Walkthrough, 10 on Booked Solid while the AI agents are trained on your rooms and policies, and 15 on Every Season. The clock starts at your onboarding call.
Will we lose our search rankings if we switch?
Not if the migration is done properly. Every old address that carries ranking value is mapped to its new page and permanently redirected before launch, and your existing site stays live until you approve the new one.
Can we keep our domain?
Yes. We point your existing domain at the new site and nothing changes for anyone who already knows your address. If you do not have one, a domain is included free while your plan is active and registered in your name.
Still not sure which one fits?
Book the walk-through. If one of the options above is genuinely better for your venue, we will tell you on the call rather than after the invoice.
