A starting point, never a finished product

Website templates for wedding and event venues, banquet halls, barns and hotels with function space

Designs built for wedding and event venues, banquet halls, barns and hotels with function space. Every template is rebuilt around your rooms, packages and brand before it goes live.

The first designs land soon

Until they do, the fastest way to see what your site would look like is a live demo. We walk through a build for wedding and event venues, banquet halls, barns and hotels with function space on your screen, in your colors, in about 30 minutes.

What every template becomes

No template ships as-is. This is what changes before it is yours.

  • The floor plan switcher

Built in from the first draft, ready for your rooms and layouts.

  • Your brand, not the demo colours

Palette, fonts and logo swapped in before you ever see a preview link.

  • Your photography

Real photos of your rooms, organized by layout, not stock imagery.

  • Your packages and pricing

Room and package pages built from what you actually sell.

Why the word template is doing the wrong work

Four things a starting point here is not

The word suggests a file you install and fill in. That is not what happens, and the difference is most of what you are paying for.

  • The pages are written as code

A starting point here is a design direction, not a theme file you install. Nothing is assembled in a page builder, which is how the 90+ PageSpeed commitment survives a gallery full of real event photographs.

  • Your rooms decide the structure

A venue with one ballroom and a venue with three rooms and a divider wall need different page structures, not the same one with more photographs in it. The structure is built from your room list during onboarding.

  • The price point has to read right

A barn venue in corporate blue reads wrong, and a modest hall dressed in gold reads wrong the other way. The palette and type come from your property rather than from the design you first pointed at.

  • Nobody else gets your build

Because each site is built for its own venue, you are not looking at a design that four other venues in your county also bought. That matters most in exactly the market where couples compare five sites in one evening.

Built, not installed

What venues say about the finished site

  • Structured reference pages for event space inquiries
The old event space inquiries PDF made sense on a printer and nowhere else. The content is the same material, reorganized into headed sections that work on any screen. A printable copy still exists for those who ask.

  • Content audit and update process for event space inquiries
The review of our event space inquiries pages was uncomfortable reading, in a useful way. Everything now lives in one maintained reference, with the duplicates retired or redirected. Customers no longer quote wording we retired two years ago.

  • Reference content and service presentation for event space inquiries
I wanted the event space inquiries page to show how we work, not just assert that we work well. Everything published is material we reviewed ourselves, chosen because it answers a real question. People comment on it, which never happened with the old page.

Questions about the designs

Do we have to choose a template?

No. Most venues describe their rooms and their price point and we choose the closest starting point, then rebuild it around the property. The designs exist to make a conversation concrete, not to make you shop.

Will our site look like another venue on this page?

No. A starting point sets a direction. The palette, type, photography, page structure, room pages and copy are all built for your property, so two venues starting from the same direction do not end up with the same site.

Can we send a site we like as a reference?

Yes, and it helps. Send two or three venue sites you like and one you do not, and say what it is about each. That is usually a faster brief than a colour swatch.

What do you need from us before the build starts?

Rooms and their layouts, capacity figures where you have them, photographs, packages, your brand details if you have them and where inquiries should land. The onboarding form takes about 15 minutes.

How long until we see our own design?

The first build is live in 7 days on The Walkthrough, 10 on Booked Solid and 15 on Every Season, counted from the onboarding call. A demo before you order shows you the design language on your screen first.

What if we do not like the first draft?

Revisions during the build are not counted against your monthly allowance, and the $697 build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you have approved it. The fee is not due while you are still changing your mind.

Can we change the design later?

Yes. 5 change requests a month are included on every plan, of any size, each completed within 2 to 5 working days. A seasonal refresh of photography or a new room page is one request.

Do we own the design?

The domain is registered in your name and transferred to you free if you leave, and the photographs, copy and content you supplied are yours. We do not offer a code export of the site itself.
