A wedding venue website built around the date, not just the name
A wedding venue website earns a booked date when the first screen answers what every couple is actually comparing: what the room looks like set for a ceremony and reception, whether their date is even open, and what it costs to hold it. Everything else on the site exists to get a couple to that answer faster than the venue down the road.
The gallery shows the empty room, never the room set for a ceremony or a seated dinner, so couples cannot picture their own wedding in it.
There is no way to check date availability without calling during office hours, so evening and weekend browsers bounce to a venue that shows a calendar.
Packages and pricing are hidden behind a "contact us for a quote" wall, which reads as expensive to a couple comparing five venues in one evening.
The preferred vendor list, if it exists at all, is a PDF nobody can find from a phone.

One space, every setup a buyer might picture
A photograph of the empty room answers almost nothing. Your site groups images by room and by setup, so a visitor comparing wedding venues sees the version of your space closest to the event in their head, then the capacity figure for that exact layout underneath it.
We build for wedding venues across the United States, including Texas, California, Florida, New York and Illinois. Your own service area pages cover the cities and counties you genuinely draw from.
The pages your site will carry

A short form that lets a couple submit their date and guest count and get a same-day answer on whether it is open, instead of waiting on a phone call back.

What venue teams tell us changed
Inquiry assignment and staff handover for event space inquiries
Event space inquiries messages used to belong to everyone, which meant they belonged to no one. Requests are assigned automatically, with a backup for when the owner is away. The website and our way of working finally match.

Content audit and update process for event space inquiries
The review of our event space inquiries pages was uncomfortable reading, in a useful way. Everything now lives in one maintained reference, with the duplicates retired or redirected. Customers no longer quote wording we retired two years ago.
Location information and contact routing for event space inquiries
The event space inquiries page used to describe everything and route nothing. The visitor picks their location once, and it follows the message all the way to the reply. The 'let me transfer you' routine has almost disappeared.

The base plan launches in 7 days once photos and room details are in hand. The plans that add the AI Engine or weekly written content take a little longer, 10 and 15 days, because there is more to configure before launch.
What does a wedding venue website cost?
Plans start at $127 a month for the built site, hosting and monthly edits, with a one-time $697 build fee invoiced after the site is live, not before. There is no separate charge for the gallery, the date checker or the preferred vendor page; they are part of the build.
Can we update packages and gallery photos ourselves as the season changes?
Yes. Every plan includes 5 revisions a month, which covers swapping in real wedding photos, adjusting packages or updating a sold-out date. Anything beyond that is billed at $20 per additional revision.
Do you run tours or coordinate weddings at the venue?
No. VenueWebStudio designs and manages the website only; we are not a wedding venue, a planner or a licensed coordinator. Your team still runs tours, holds dates and works with vendors. The site's job is to get couples inquiring with a real date and a realistic budget already in mind.
