Order sheet / issued for construction

The $697 build fee is struck from your order

Pick a plan, pay the first month, and the one-time build fee comes off the sheet. Everything else is unchanged: your rooms drawn page by page, the floor plan and capacity switcher, weekly articles, hosting and a domain in your name.

Waived on orders placed up to Thursday 31 December 2026. After that the fee returns to $697.

One button per plan. Checkout is a monthly subscription through Stripe, and the first month is charged when you order. The $697 build fee is not charged: it is waived on orders placed up to Thursday 31 December 2026.

Each button opens a secure Stripe checkout for that plan as a monthly subscription. Only the monthly plan is charged; the $697 build fee is never added at checkout.

Scope

What you are ordering

One managed website for your venue, drawn around the rooms you rent and the way you rent them. Every item below ships on The Walkthrough and on every plan above it.

The difference between the three plans is launch speed, after-hours answering and article volume. See every feature, or compare the plans line by line.

Sequence

What happens after you pay

Five steps, in this order, with the launch clock starting at step three.

Nothing here is a hidden stage. The launch window on your plan starts at step three and runs to step five.

  1. Step 01

    You place the order

The first month of your plan is charged. The build fee line is already at zero, so there is no second invoice waiting for you at launch.

  2. Step 02

    The onboarding form lands

Rooms, capacities, packages, photographs, brand details and where inquiries should go. About 15 minutes, and anything missing can follow later.

  3. Step 03

    One onboarding call

We fill the gaps, agree what each room page needs to say, and set the exact launch date together. This is where the launch clock starts.

  4. Step 04

    We draw and you review

Revisions during the build are unlimited, because nothing is final until you approve it. Turnaround on a change is 2 to 5 working days.

  5. Step 05

    Launch, then the portal

Live in 7 to 15 days depending on plan. Your client portal opens the same day for revisions, tickets and files.

Your side of it

What we need from you

Nothing on this list has to be finished or professional. A phone photo and a hand sketch are enough to start, and we refine the drawings once your real figures are confirmed.

See the onboarding form
  • Photographs of each room you rent, phone photos are a fine starting point
  • Capacity figures for the layouts you actually sell, seated dinner, theatre, cocktail, ceremony
  • Any existing floor plan, even a sketch or an old architect PDF
  • Your packages or price tiers, and what is included in each
  • Where inquiries should land: an inbox, a CRM, or both
  • Your domain, if you already own one. If not, one is included
Straight answer

Why the fee is waived, and what the catch is

What is actually being given up

The build fee covers the drawing work before a site goes live. We are carrying that cost on orders placed up to Thursday 31 December 2026 because a venue that launches now has its rooms indexed and its inquiry flow tested before the next booking season. That is the whole reason, and it has an end date rather than a timer that resets when you reload.

What the waiver does not change

Monthly prices are exactly as published. There is no minimum term, no longer contract in exchange, and no reduction in what gets built. It also does not stack with the Black Friday offer: that one already contains this waiver. All sales are final, as they are on any order.

Comparison

Ordering now against ordering later

One line changes. It is the largest single line on the order.

Illustrative

What venues say changed

Illustrative quotes describing the kind of outcome clients report. No business names, no star counts and no figures.

  • A couple can now see our ballroom set for a seated dinner and again set for a ceremony without asking us to describe it over the phone. The floor plan switcher does the showing, so the tour is about the date and the package instead of the shape of the room.
OwnerMoved from a single-page listing site
  • Inquiries used to sit in a shared inbox until someone remembered to check it. Now the date, the headcount and the layout land in our booking calendar the moment someone submits the form, and whoever is on shift can answer it in two lines.
Events managerPreviously ran on a directory listing
  • Our property has restrictions most venues do not, and the site actually explains them clearly instead of burying them in a document nobody opens before touring. The inquiries that come through now already know what they are agreeing to.

Questions about the order

Is the $697 build fee really gone, or deferred?

Gone. On an order placed up to Thursday 31 December 2026 the one-time build fee is removed from the order entirely, not moved to a later invoice and not spread across your monthly payments. Your monthly plan price is the same as it is on the pricing page, and nothing about the build changes: same rooms, same floor plan and capacity switcher, same launch window.

What am I paying today, exactly?

The first month of the plan you pick: $127 for The Walkthrough, $267 for Booked Solid, $647 for Every Season. That is the whole charge today. The build fee line reads $0 while the waiver is open, and your next payment is one month later at the same monthly rate.

How soon does the site go live?

7 days on The Walkthrough, 10 on Booked Solid while the AI agents are trained on your rooms and policies, and 15 on Every Season with the content engine running from launch. The clock starts at your onboarding call, not at the order, so the sooner your floor plans and room photos are in, the sooner your rooms are live.

What do you need from us before you can start drawing?

Photos of each room, your capacity figures for the layouts you actually sell, your packages or price tiers, and where inquiries should land. A rough sketch or an old floor plan PDF is enough to start the floor plan and capacity switcher. Anything missing can follow by email or as a ticket in your client portal without holding the build up.

What if we want changes after launch?

5 revisions a month are included on every plan, of any size, completed within 2 to 5 working days. After that each one is a flat $20, with no hourly billing and no cap. Requests go through your client portal so nothing gets lost in an inbox.

Can we get a refund if we change our mind?

All sales are final, with one exception: a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days, which we correct within 10 working days. What protects you instead is the order of events: revisions during the build are unlimited, because you approve the site before it is launched. The full policy is on our refund policy page.

Does this stack with the Black Friday offer?

No, and it does not need to. The Black Friday offer, which runs 24 November to Monday 30 November 2026, already includes this waived build fee and adds 30 percent off your first 3 months on top of it. If you are ordering inside that window, order from the Black Friday page instead.

We already have a website. Does ordering here break it?

No. Your current site stays up and untouched until the new one is approved and you say go. We review what is worth keeping, most often room photos, floor plans and any pages already ranking, and redirect the old addresses to their new pages so search visibility carries over on launch day.
