Why it exists
What the build fee pays for
The monthly plan pays for running your site. The build fee pays for the work before there is a site to run: the drawing done once, up front, for your rooms.
Every room, drawn
Each room you rent gets its own page, its own floor plan and its own capacity figures, laid out from your photos and sketches.
The capacity switcher
One room drawn for seated dinner, theatre, cocktail and ceremony, built from your real figures rather than a template.
The inquiry route
The form that captures the date, the headcount and the layout, connected to wherever your inquiries need to land.
The move from your old site
What is worth keeping is carried over and the old addresses are redirected, so search visibility follows you on launch day.

Sequence
How paying works
Four steps, and the last one is that nothing else happens.
- Step 01
Pick your plan below
The amount is the same on every plan. Choosing yours simply records the payment against the right order.
- Step 02
Pay on Stripe
A secure Stripe checkout opens with the one-time amount. Card details go to Stripe, never to this site.
- Step 03
Receipt by email
Stripe emails your receipt straight away, and we send a short confirmation that the build fee is settled.
- Step 04
Nothing recurring
That is the whole of it. No second charge for the build, and your monthly plan carries on unchanged.
Questions about the build fee
Is this a subscription?
No. The build fee is a single payment of $697. Nothing on this page repeats, and paying it does not start, change or renew a plan. Your monthly plan is billed separately, on its own subscription.
Do I need to pay this?
Only if we have told you a build fee is due. Plans started on or before Thursday 31 December 2026 have the build fee waived, so if you ordered inside that offer there is nothing to pay here. If you are not sure, email hello@venuewebstudio.com before paying and we will check your order.
Why is the amount the same on every plan?
Because the work it pays for is the same. Every plan gets the same drawing work before launch: a page for every room, the floor plan and capacity switcher, the inquiry flow and the move of your old pages. The plans differ in what runs after launch, the AI Engine and the article volume, and that is priced in the monthly fee rather than in the build.
Is paying here safe?
Yes. The button opens a Stripe checkout page, so your card details go to Stripe and never touch this website or our team. Stripe issues the receipt, and you can pay with a card or any other method Stripe offers you on that page.
Can the build fee be refunded?
All sales are final, and the build fee is no exception. The one case we refund is a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days, which we correct to the original payment method within 10 working days. The refund policy sets that out in full.
