A dedicated events wing for a hotel that already sells rooms
A hotel or resort with function space loses events business when its meeting and wedding rooms are buried three clicks under the main room-booking flow built for overnight guests. A separate events wing, linked clearly from the homepage but built and run apart from the reservations engine, gives planners a path that speaks to their booking, not a guest's.
What usually goes wrong for hotels and resorts with event space
Event space is listed as one line under "amenities" instead of getting its own section, so planners assume the property does not really do events.
There is no explanation of how a room block for out-of-town guests actually works alongside a wedding or conference booking.
Meeting and conference inquiries get funneled into the same form as wedding inquiries, so both get slower, less specific answers.
The property's room-booking engine and the events team share one contact path, so an event RFP gets lost in reservations traffic.

One space, every setup a buyer might picture
A photograph of the empty room answers almost nothing. Your site groups images by room and by setup, so a visitor comparing hotels and resorts sees the version of your space closest to the event in their head, then the capacity figure for that exact layout underneath it.
We build for hotels and resorts across the United States, including Texas, California, Florida, New York and Illinois. Your own service area pages cover the cities and counties you genuinely draw from.
The pages your site will carry
Every page below is built and managed for you, not a template you fill in yourself.

RFP and room block coordinator
A structured request form, separate from the hotel's room-booking engine, that captures event date, room, guest count and a room block estimate in one submission and routes it straight to the events team.

Contact resilience and delivery checks for event space inquiries
We asked about the bad day, not the good one: a failed event space inquiries submission. There is now a visible backup route, honest error wording, and a test that proves mail arrives. It is the kind of thoroughness you only notice when you need it.

Inquiry form and response workflow for event space inquiries
If you only look at the design you miss the best bit, which is the inquiry form. Every submission arrives with event date, guest count and room preference filled in, which used to take us a second email to obtain. Most mornings I can prepare for the callback from the first message alone.

Mobile navigation and page layout for event space inquiries
Most of our visitors are on phones, so that is where I reviewed the new event space inquiries pages. Key information comes first and the contact option is clearly labeled. The days of talking customers through the menu are over.

Questions from hotels and resorts with event space
Does this replace our hotel's room-booking engine?
No. The events wing sits alongside your existing room-booking system and links to it where a couple or planner needs to reserve guest rooms. The website itself handles the event-specific side: space, capacity, catering and the RFP, keeping that traffic separate from nightly reservations.
Can the site explain how room blocks work for wedding guests?
Yes, on its own page. Guest room blocks get a dedicated page explaining the process in plain terms, cutting down the back-and-forth emails asking the same question, and it links directly into the RFP and room block coordinator so a planner can request both in one step.
What does an events wing like this cost?
Plans start at $127 a month, with a one-time $697 build fee invoiced after launch. Properties running both corporate and social events usually choose the Booked Solid plan at $267 a month, which adds the AI Engine for handling RFP volume.
Do you manage hotel operations, staffing or the room inventory?
No. VenueWebStudio designs and manages the website only; we are not a hotel, a resort or a hospitality operator. Reservations systems, staffing and inventory stay entirely with your property. Our job is the events wing that routes the right RFP to the right person.
