Connecting event space inquiries to their source

For event space inquiries, the team can see which pages lead to inquiries and decide what to improve next on that basis.

Existing conditions

What the venue had before

On a plan, what is already there is drawn dashed and what is new is drawn solid. This is the dashed part: how golf club function suite handled it before the work started.

  1. The starting point

The business counted visits but could not connect a single event space inquiry to the page that prompted it.

  2. Where it went wrong

Day to day with event space inquiries, page views said nothing about which content actually prompted contact. Popular pages were assumed to be effective, which is not the same thing.

What we built

Each submission now records its originating page and category alongside event date, guest count and room preference. The report counts genuine inquiries apart from traffic, and message content stays out of reporting.
