Self-sorting visitors on the event space inquiries page
For event space inquiries, the inbox now describes itself. Categories come attached to each message, and follow-ups no longer masquerade as new inquiries.
What the venue had before
On a plan, what is already there is drawn dashed and what is new is drawn solid. This is the dashed part: how gallery and evening hire space handled it before the work started.
The starting point
The event space inquiries contact route was a single page for every kind of visitor. New business and ongoing conversations arrived indistinguishable.
Where it went wrong
Day to day with event space inquiries, staff opened each message blind. Sorting new business from ongoing threads required reading everything, every morning, by hand.
What we built
A simple opening choice between a new inquiry, an existing request and a general question now leads visitors to the appropriate route. The new-inquiry path asks for event date, guest count and room preference.

The services behind this work
- venue booking website developmentVenue booking website development with date checking, inquiry routing and CRM handoff built into the site, not bolted on.
- banquet hall website developmentBanquet hall website development built for multiple rooms, corporate and social bookings, live in days with 90+ PageSpeed.
- Websites for banquet halls and event centersA banquet hall website has to sell several different rooms to several different kinds of buyer at once, a corporate planner booking a Tuesday conference and a family booking a Saturday quinceañera, without either one wading through pages meant for the other. The fix is separate paths in from the homepage, each landing on the room and pricing that actually fits.
